About Fanny Gott
Dog training has always been my biggest passion. I started as a struggling obedience trainer with the family terrier, and never looked back despite many challenges. For the past 20 years, I've worked full-time teaching others, and at the same time, learn as much as possible about how to train all kinds of dogs to their potential.
I have developed a deep love for the sport of agility, and I spend my time training my own dogs, competing at a high level, teaching others, sharing ideas, judging, educating, and always looking for new ways to improve. I judged the AWC in 2025 and travel around the world judging and teaching.
I compete in A3 with high-drive Border Collies—Fleet and Lad —as well as with a Basset Fauve de Bretagne named Brioche. I'm also working with working cocker Rutherford, who is preparing to start competing this spring.
In 2025, we finally opened the arena at home. 24 x 45 meters of pure agility joy on an amazing surface.
Also in the team:
Thomas Stokke. We've raised and trained dogs together since 2005, and support each other's dog training adventures. Thomas works with gun dogs like his German Wirehaired Pointers, but is also amazing at agility foundation training and building drive and focus.
Suran Kim. Suran is a talented handler and dog trainer who recently moved from South Korea to Sweden to live with me, and we have a lot of fun training and competing together. She's also patiently videoing all my training sessions so that I can share them with the community. Suran competes in A3 with border collies Luca and Reese. She's represented Korea at the AWC twice.
Hanna Winroth. Hanna works as an instructor at our arena and is a very talented dog trainer, instructor, handler, and photographer. She's also the best at solving our technical challenges at the Agility Connection.
